Question about RealPower PB-20k PD
Does the USB C port also work as an output or only as an input, i.e. can I connect a device via USB C so that it can be charged?

Yeah, sure, I charge my iPad with USB-C.
I've had it with me for some time. It also works the other way round without any problems.
The test report from MacLife (see test reports) says usb c in / out. I can't remember 100% if I tried it or not. But I think so. But I am still very satisfied with the device even after years. Note the weight.
The closure also works for charging.
USB-C works as both input and output.
