Yes, I mounted the monitor on the wall with a wall bracket.
According to the manufacturer, yes, it should be VESA 100 x 100 mm compatible. However, I would recommend buying a 4K UHD screen. With 3840 x 2160 pixels, they offer a super sharp image, which is also much more pleasant, especially for word processing, because you can no longer perceive individual pixels.
