Thanks for the tip with the charger - could be reproduced 1:1 in the shop in Basel. 
EP-TA20EBE charger including original cable was the only one that worked.
Thanks to the staff member in the shop who took the time to test it with me.

Hello,
For me, the DeX station has not worked on any charger. Except with one, which I figured out myself after playing around for a long time and despite Samsung support.
Here is my solution:
Works
Samsung EP-TA20EBE

Does not work:
Samsung EP-TA20EWE
GH44-02712A+R37J6JZCAC1RT3
Likewise, all other chargers have failed for me.

I can't answer this question 100%. But the DEX only worked for me with an original Samsung charger with high power (you can find exact A and V numbers on the net). So I don't think it works on the laptop.
