The 310 x 320 mm glass plate is not explicitly certified for the Ender 3 V3 Plus. In terms of dimensions, it fits the Ender 3 Max (310 x 320 mm), but there is no information on compatibility and cut-outs for the Ender 3 V3 Plus (300 x 300 mm installation space). The in-house data only lists the Ender 3 as compatible. I am not completely sure as the product data does not cover the V3 Plus. Check our Community for user experiences.
