does anyone use the pro version without case, cover, bumper, ... and has experience with "falls" of the phone? does the ceramic hold? damages?

The ceramic is very resistant. Nevertheless, I do not recommend dropping the phone. The smartphone will inevitably suffer a few scratches/dents on the sides.
