Does anyone else have problems with the shutter release? I was able to pair it with my phone, but it didn't work after that, even after replacing the battery.

Hey Helga
You have to delete the Joby Shutter from the Bluetooth devices after each use and reconnect it. Then it works again.

Hi Helga, no problems with Galaxy S9 (Android 8) where "JOBY Shutter" is listed as a Bluetooth device. Depending on Apple/Android, maybe check if the shutter is listed in the Bluetooth settings at all. Otherwise, pair again, "activate" the shutter in the Bluetooth settings and try again to take a photo with it using the photo app.

Maybe it will work then, otherwise ask the nice and competent ladies and gentlemen from Digitec support or go to the nearest branch with your mobile phone and shutter release and ask :-)
