Question about Strong Leap-S3

I have an issue where the remote doesn't respond immediately then quickly replays all the commands you pressed, the box is velcroed behind my tv and I suspect the bluetooth is just weak, I expect it to work when I move it. A shame as the amazon fire box it replaces worked flawlessly in the same position.

Yes, but only realised now that you wrote it. I suspect that the remote control is in standby, first press to activate and then it works.
