Do they have good grip? Would like to use them for fitness.

They have a good "grip" and are okey to good for fitness. It gets relatively warm under the ear cups and sweat tends to collect there. But if that doesn't bother you, there's nothing to stop you from using them in the gym.
I think these headphones are less made for sports and more for travelling, school or work. But they do hold up well.
