Do the plugs/sockets comply with the Swiss standard? The photos show the German standard.

I ordered a set and received a plug adapter. Product not suitable for Swiss standard: Manufacturer specifies that the powerline device should be plugged directly into the socket (for a good connection). Other devices should be connected to the device with a power strip. Great! The socket on the unit has no neutral wire. I don't understand how Digitec can sell these devices! I feel fooled.

Exactly. The pictures are spot on. As above, these are German plugs. Adapters are needed for both sides. You can get a plug approved for Switzerland from Reichelt: https://www.reichelt.de/fixadapter.... Unfortunately, there are no Fritz 1220E/1260E devices with Swiss plugs as yet.

Hello, I could not find my answer from the questions above. Do you (Digitec) also send plug adapters for this or can these be obtained from you (Digitec), as is possible for other products (see Helpcenter note https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc...). Thank you very much for your feedback.
