Do the controllers of the Mini SNES also fit on the Classic version?

I don't think so. The original NES/SNES had different ports. The "new" Classic NES and SNES have the same ports as the Wii. "But NES Classic and SNES Classic controllers are exchangeable (but you have to check the button configuration).
