I didn't have an adapter either, let alone a CH plug, although the package looked as if it had been opened and taped shut again. However, I still had a notebook power supply connection cable with a CH plug lying around, so Wayne. But it is annoying.

Yes, I am now writing to digitec@digitec.ch, but it is still a hassle when you are at a friend's/customer's house and there is no CH cable.
Generally, a CH adapter is included here, if this should be missing in the package, please contact our customer service at digitec@digitec.ch and we will send one on immediately.
