According to Asus, only the ROG STRIX B550-I GAMING is supported (https://www.asus.com/de/support/faq/1037507/#aB550)
But maybe a bios update to support PCI Bifurcation / Hyper M.2 will help?
Sorry, can't say anything more specific - I bought my motherboard based on compatibility with the Hyper M.2 card 🙈
