Until 21.12.2020 you can return the game to us and get a full refund, even if the box is already opened.
Only PlayStation and Xbox versions can be returned.
After 21.12.2020 you cannot return the game if the box is opened.

Alternatively you can ask directly for a refund at helpmerefund@cdprojektred.com

The game can be returned to us for credit until 21.12.2020, even if the game has already been opened.
Only the Playstation and Xbox versions can be returned.
After 21.12.2020 the opened game can no longer be returned to us.

A credit note can also be requested directly from the manufacturer at helpmerefund@cdprojektred.com.
