The pump is not audible. The fans are, of course. But they are not disturbing. A maximum speed increase can occur briefly if the PCU gets too hot. Your personally set temperature targets and schemes (via BIOS or fan control software) naturally play a role here.

Not too much, it's sooner you hear the ventilation at high revs.

The pump doesn't make any noise but the fans do (a lot of noise under full load). I use Libre Hardware Monitor to monitor the rotation of the fans so that I don't get too much noise.
