Can you explain to me somehow why I only get 120Hz on 4k and not 240Hz with the HDMI cable supplied. In the Windows settings, I can only switch up to 120Hz on 4k and not 240Hz. Any reasons, recommendations or videos that help Thank you very much and please reply to any comments to your comments from me :)

Hello,
You can't get more than 120Hz with an hdmi 2.1 cable.
To get my 240Hz in 4K you have to use the Displayport cable. I have this configuration and it works perfectly.

Hey, I am not sure. However, did you try to go to settings on your monitor and turn the “game mode” -> On. (English Video)
