Question about Digitec USB-C 8-port hub
Can you define, precisely, what version of USB the USB-C ports on these hubs supports? For example, on the 6-port version, you say only "USB-C (Data) - Max. 5 Gbps data transfer - Max. 0.9 A charging speed" - no mention of USB 3.0. Similarly, the manual for the 8-port hub says "USB-C (Data) - Max. 5 Gbps data transfer - Max. 1.5 A charging speed - 2× USB-A including 1× USB-C (Data), can use max. 2.4A together" Also, silent on USB version. Can you clarify? I have a very specific device that needs a USB 3.0 connection via USB-C and needs both the data and power delivered by USB 3.0 - the information on your products is insufficient to determine whether either the 6-port or 8-port will work. I have just been able to check it and according to the specifications, it has USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports that enable 5Gbit/s data transfer. There is also a USB-C port for charging and power supply with PD up to 100W, where 15W is needed for the adapter and 85W is passed on to the host device. More detailed specifications can be found in the following manual: Manual
As soon as transfer rates higher than 5Gbit/s are specified, this is a higher version. 5Gbit/s is USB 3.2 Gen1
