Question about Digitec USB-C 8-port hub
Can you define, precisely, what version of USB the USB-C ports on these hubs supports? For example, on the 6-port version, you say only "USB-C (Data) - Max. 5 Gbps data transfer - Max. 0.9 A charging speed" - no mention of USB 3.0. Similarly, the manual for the 8-port hub says "USB-C (Data) - Max. 5 Gbps data transfer - Max. 1.5 A charging speed - 2× USB-A including 1× USB-C (Data), can use max. 2.4A together" Also, silent on USB version. Can you clarify? I have a very specific device that needs a USB 3.0 connection via USB-C and needs both the data and power delivered by USB 3.0 - the information on your products is insufficient to determine whether either the 6-port or 8-port will work. I have just been able to check it and according to the specifications, it has USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports that enable 5Gbit/s data transfer. There is also a USB-C port for charging and power supply with PD up to 100W, where 15W is needed for the adapter and 85W is passed on to the host device.
