Can you charge the device at the same time and use it to charge other devices?
That works without any problems.
You only need a charger if, for example, your mobile phone and power bank are empty.
What's the point? This powerbank has only one USB output...then you can plug in the device you want to charge directly. The performance and size of this product are great. Charges enormously fast and fits in your pocket.
