Can we plug a keyboard and a mouse in the monitor while connecting the laptop through the USB-C?

Yes, it's possible.
The monitor has four USB-Downstream-Ports to connect USB devices.
It works only when the computer is connected via USB-C (it doesn't works by DisplayPort or HDMI)
