Can the Karma Grip be charged with a power bank during use? (And thus also the camera...)

Yes, the Karma Grip can be charged with a power bank during use. But this will not be necessary.
The GoPro charges automatically when it is on the Karma Grip.

Good question, but in my experience this is hardly necessary as the battery lasts for some time ;)
