Question about GoPro Mouth holder + Floaty

Here is what the manufacturer says about it:

"The Mouthguard + Floaty is not a mouthguard. There is a risk of injury during contact activities.
Floaty can support the mouthpiece, but not the additional weight of other GoPro accessories."
