Can someone please explain to me why the monitor does not work with my Microsoft Surface Dock 2.0? I'm going crazy :) Thanks!
Hi Robin773, I don't have the dock myself, but read in the description "two USB C ports on the front with 15W fast charging for your accessories and smartphone as well as for fast data transfer. Two additional USB C ports for transferring data as well as video and audio ".
The screen draws power via the USB C cable. Have you tried all 4 outputs of the dock, or does it even offer the combination of video + charging?
But you have already projected the desktop onto your second screen (e.g. expand desktop via Windows key + P).
