Can it be used to clean guide plates? I would like to use it to clean the baffles of the air conditioning systems that are located on the Mediterranean. Sea air destroys the plates in 2-3 to three years. To prevent oxidation, I would like to clean the control panels of the air conditioning systems at regular intervals.

Yes, you can use this for cleaning circuit boards. However, I don't think you can stop oxidisation by doing this.
