Hello, The description of the RS 5200 talks about wireless connection but apparently not with Bluetooth. The BT 100 is a transmitter, i.e. a transmitter that works with Bluetooth. You feed the signal, e.g. music, into the transmitter (BT100) via the headphone cable, which then sends this signal via Bluetooth. Since the iPad also sends signals via Bluetooth, it would not be necessary to use an additional device anyway if the headphones can receive Bluetooth.
However, if the task is to send Bluetooth signals from the iPad to an additional device and from there via cable to the RS5200 station, then a receiver would have to be used instead of a transmitter.
I hope I have not caused any confusion. Good day
