That should actually work. I use the power bank for my Surface pro 8 tablet.
But you have to use a PD (Power Delivery) capable USB-C cable.
The powerbank is PD capable and supports e.g. the 15 V voltage requirement of my tablet. The Zenbook should also support PD.
Power Delivery determines the voltage requirement of your Zenbook and the power bank sets the appropriate charging profile. For this communication to work, a PD-capable USB cable is required. These cables have electronics in the plugs and are therefore more expensive than standard USB cables.
