can I use a Lenovo Thinkpad 1st generation tablet with it?
As far as I know, the tablet you describe has a USB 3.0 port but not a USB-C port with Thunderbolt.
In my experience, this means that you can connect the dock and use all functions except the charging function.
With the latest drivers from the Lenovo site - especially the Ethernet driver - it should work, but it was a small process to set it up.
