first it is not advisable to mix and match memory. It is best to use the same memory in all memory banks.
if you leave it in auto mode, the mainboard will use the SAFE settings which will allow the mainboard to boot.
The timing are different. So you need to run the faster ones with the lower timings: 16-18-18 @1.2V
