Can I get the chair 5cm higher than it is at the highest setting? Or are there cushions to compensate for the missing height? With kind regards

I don't think you can set it higher if that's its highest stall, because the pneumatic cylinder doesn't go any higher.
But you can always put a seat cushion under it, I think.
