Can I connect the router directly to the fibre optic network and thus completely replace the Wingo Internet Box?

I am running the combination described above with the TP-Link converter TP-Link MC220L, 1x SFP 1000Base-SX/LX/LH, 1x RJ45 1000Base-T (Media Converter). Simply connect the converter to the WAN1 port and activate IP-TV VOIP manually in the router settings and set VID 10. After seconds the router has an IP. By the way, everything works fine for me with IP-TV ;)

No. The router itself does not have a fibre connection, you need a converter and transceiver. However, you can then replace the Wingo router with something better. The settings you need to make are listed on the Wingo page:
https://www.wingo.ch/de...

You can find the required fibre optic components in this bundle: Fiber7 Hardwarebundle (3m fibre optic cable)
Either buy this directly, or use the bundle as a guideline for the things you need.

BUT NOTE: The RT2600ac does not support IGMP Snooping or only supports it to a very limited extent. If you want to watch Wingo TV (or any multicast IPTV) with it, you will have problems. It's a shame, because apart from that it's pretty much the perfect router for home use.
