According to init7, this device is suitable for Swisscom, which means it should work.
However, the special configurations for DHCP and VLAN are still important, which you would then have to make on the router, as I do not know it, I cannot make any statement on this.

I connected the XGS-PON to my firewall via Rj45 SFP+ a few days ago. Is there also an Rj45 SFP/SFP+ for your model?
