Devolo WiFi Repeater ac

at the required location it is not possible to connect it to wifi. however, it is possible to pull a LAN connection. can this device then "convert" it to wifi or do i need another product?
However, it is also possible that the repeater is being used incorrectly.
A repeater is not a miracle product. If there is no Wifi reception possible, even a repeater cannot conjure one up. Otherwise you could install this miracle technology in the devices that have no reception.
A repeater is not placed at the required location, but at a place where the WLAN signal is still good enough (instructions page 20+21). There, the repeater reprocesses the signal and rebroadcasts it. The first setup of the repeater should be done as close as possible to the router from which it is to improve the signal. Only after the repeater has been set up should it be placed at the location where it is to be used.
If a network cable is available, a repeater is the wrong device. In such a case, use an access point.
