Never tried it myself, but in the printer driver settings, the individual label printout can be freely adjusted in terms of width, height and also the feed between the labels. In this respect, yes - cut labels from the roll should also be printable.

However, the various values for the paper size (i.e. above all the width of the roll) are predefined in the driver; there does not appear to be any option for customised formats.
