Question about Peak Design slide lite
A question for Digitec: Do all Peak Design products now have 4th generation Anchors? And if not, will Digitec or Peak Design pay the shipping costs for returning the "faulty" Anchors to the USA and the shipping costs for the replacement parts to Switzerland?
Does this mean that you buy the old anchors and have to request them yourself?
You don't have to send anything back or pay postage. Fill out the form on the Peak Design website, take a picture of your anchor and upload it. Approx. two weeks later you will receive the replacement anchor in your letterbox, even with triangular bracket, mounting aid and plastic spacer.
