Question about be quiet! Dark Power 13
24-pin included? If not, which one would you recommend? And are the cables long enough for installation in the Fractal North?

I use the Dark Power in the Thermaltake P8, since the Fractal North is smaller than the P8, the cables will be long enough for the North. I don't quite understand the question about the 24 pin, if you mean the 24 pin cable for the mainboard power supply, then this cable with the plug is always included with every normal power supply that you buy new.
