- Showroom means that the smartphone has been on display in a shop? - So it has been touched and handled but is it in like new condition? - Does the 24 month warranty start from the invoice date as well (like new)?

Showroom means that the product is on display in certain branches. The branches are mentioned under the tab "Showroom" under the article in question.

All products sold on our website are new, except when they are mentioned as "Used + tested" or "Reconditioned".

Once the goods have been ordered, the warranty will start on the day of shipment.
