1. Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure
A novel Nintendo Switch title will be released on October 18, 2019: Ring Fit Adventure invites game and movement fans into a fantastic adventure in which they can defeat their opponents with real movements and fitness exercises. This is made possible by brand new accessories inspired by fitness equipment: the Ring-Con and the leg strap, which are included with the game. They transfer the movements of the players to the screen: In order to be able to move around in the game, the players have to jog on the spot - this running movement is transferred to the game and the character by means of the leg strap. And a strong pressure on the Ring-Con can trigger a powerful attack against opponents. If you play with it every day, you combine fun with regular training of different muscle groups. The varied mini-games and exercises can be played by all Nintendo Switch athletes, regardless of age, playing experience and fitness level.
"It has always been Nintendo's goal to surprise players with new game concepts and put a smile on their faces," said Stephan Bole, President of Nintendo of Europe. "Ring Fit Adventure for Nintendo Switch combines fitness exercises with an adventure game. I am convinced that everyone who puts on the leg strap, picks up the Ring-Con and starts playing will be immersed in a unique adventure. An adventure that motivates them to play daily and train daily with a lot of fun at the same time."
Fighting opponents with fitness exercises
The players navigate their characters through all sorts of obstacles and challenges by - among other things - squeezing the ring, making squats and knee bends. The tasks that have to be mastered are tailored to a wide variety of players and fitness levels. Simply insert the Joy-Con of the Nintendo Switch into the new accessory. Then attach the leg strap to the left thigh, hold the Ring-Con with both hands - and off you go. The flexible Ring-Con reacts with resistance to pulling and compressing and is equipped, through the right Joy-Con, with a sensor that measures the force applied by the players. Ring Fit Adventure can be adapted to the individual abilities of the players - even if they have no experience with fitness exercises. So they can do their exercises with exactly the intensity they feel comfortable with.
Ring Fit Adventure's Adventure mode takes place in a colorful world where a humorous adventure with fitness exercises is performed. The players travel through over 20 different worlds by putting on the leg strap and running off on the spot. With the Ring-Con you can also jump, float, row and much more. At the wayside, however, adversaries ready to fight also appear again and again. Players can defend themselves against them with over 40 fitness exercises that train different muscle groups. In addition to special exercises for arms, legs and abdominal muscles, there are also various yoga units to choose from. Ring Fit Adventure also provides players with instructions on how to perform the exercises correctly. It's worth it, because if you master movement and posture correctly, you'll be able to deal with your opponents more easily in the game. With each action in the game, the character gains additional experience points and upgrades, which in turn unlock new fitness exercises. The adventure mode motivates you to play and train regularly - and thus not only to improve the fitness of the game character but also your own fitness.

2. Nintendo The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild
The game breaks with some of the conventions of the series. For example, many of the weaker enemies no longer appear individually, but in larger groups. Link, on the other hand, can move more freely than ever before: to get a better overview of his surroundings, he can climb towers and huge structures, and as a summit striker he can climb any mountain. With his paraglider, he then floats back down to the valley, and if that's too slow for him, he simply uses his shield as a base for a fast slide. Even the weather conditions are always changing in this dynamic world, and if Link is to survive, players must take this into account. A sudden downpour can put out any campfire, and metallic weapons can attract lightning during thunderstorms. In addition, Link should always make sure to wear the right clothes, because his journey will take him through a wide variety of areas with different climates. In this huge world, there are more than 100 Shrines of Trials full of traps and puzzles to discover. The order in which players explore them is entirely up to them. When Link fights his way through a shrine, he'll receive special items and rewards that will benefit him as he continues his journey. The puzzles can often be solved in more than one way. There are also plenty of secrets to uncover. Exploring and investigating is what makes Link's new adventure so much fun.

3. Nintendo Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe includes all the tracks and characters from the Wii U version, as well as all the tracks and characters that were previously only available as downloadable content. If one item was never enough, you can now look forward to having two items on you at once. New items from previous titles in the series are also included this time around, such as Buu Huu, who steals items, and the Feather, which allows for extra-high jumps in battle. Another new feature should please beginners in particular: the so-called smart control makes it much easier to stay on the road while driving.
