The keyboard disintegrates after only a few weeks. A little disappointing.
Roccat support can't send me replacement keys because it's a CH layout. Now I'm counting on the super Digitec support :)

Was the support able to do anything? Sry but this is 1000000000% warranty....übelst hey, I won't buy this stinky keyboard if it disintegrates after just a few days----.
of course it's under warranty... but instead of individual keys being sent to me, or the keyboard being replaced without any problems, I now have to send it to Digitec, wait up to 2 weeks (because they send the thing to Roccat again) and then get to know what happens (replacement or refund). In the worst case, 2.5 to 3 weeks without a keyboard.
I know Digitec support is also dependent on the suppliers and their conditions, but seriously, with a keyboard (which you need to operate your PC) I can expect a certain flexibility in the approach of the support. Especially if you tend to leave a lot of money with Digitec every month!
I also wrote to Roccat... but they can't/won't send a key either, because it's a CH keyboard...??!!! Nasty! Once and never again! A Z is a Z is a Z is a Z!

Yes, I was able to send the keyboard back. Within 2 days I had the credit note
By the way, I switched to the G915... and am quite happy
