Solid webcam but rather too expensive
The USB-C connector does not seem to work with the Logitech Unify and Bluetooth adapters of my headset (interference). But if you plug them in a few cm away (or on a USB extension cable) then everything works fine.
The sound via the camera is unusable for me. I can't be understood (too quiet). But maybe that's also due to my settings.

- Does not hang too low on the screen
- Can be used in landscape and portrait format
Contra
- USB-C can interfere with other adapters

- Microphone weak
- No adapter for USB-A included
- Settings menu seems cheesy
You write about a USB extension cable. Have you tried the described setting with an extension cable and a female/female USB-C adapter? If it worked, I would appreciate a short feedback about which cable type/length you used and which adapter. It only works for me when I plug it in directly, but not with an extension cable...
I did not connect the camera to an extension cable, but the Bluetooth adapter. This is equipped with a USB-A (female) plug and is plugged into an old USB 3.0 dock with an approx. 70cm long cable. My wife did the same with the Logitech Unify dongle, which is connected to an approx. 1m long USB (1.0 ?) extension cable.
