Ubiquiti USG: UniFi Security Gateway

Ubiquiti USG: UniFi Security Gateway
Since for some reason my Salt router has difficulties to handle many end devices (over 20), I switched the smallest UniFi router in between and entered it in the Salt router as DMZ with fixed IP. The UniFi Security Gateway now takes over the actual router function with DHCP and so on.
The decision for this router is related to the fact that I use products from UniFi as WiFi AP and Ethernet switches. Together with the USG you get an elegant and transparent overview of the entire network, if you install the controller software on one of the computers in the network.
The configuration options are immense. You can also activate Internet Intrusion Detection and Prevention, but then you pay with bandwidth (maximum 85 Mbps). It was important for me to see all clients at a glance and how they are connected to the router. And this works perfectly (= family & visitors always well taken care of).
