Unfortunately unusable
First Faiphone bought. Device does not charge. Returned it. Exchange went smoothly. New device does not charge either. Tried everything with different cables and chargers, all for free. Now there is just again an unfair phone.
Then you've simply got a model that came from a maker, but with the warranty, the problem should be solved easily. Did you use the charger directly from Fairphone?
Did you only contact Digitec or did you contact Fairphone support directly?
What about the Fairphone forum and the Fairphone Angels?
