Source: Digitec GalaxusIm Vergleich der preiswerten WLAN-ac-Router im Preisbereich bis 99 Euro landet der Zyxel NBG6503 auf dem letzten Platz. Dies liegt wohl kaum an einer einfachen Installation und Konfiguration, hier zeigt sich der Router als eine gute Wahl. Auch darf man bei einem Preis von etwas mehr als 40 Euro kaum meckern...
Das einzige Manko des Modells ist die eher durchschnittliche Reichweite. Denn sowohl bei der Ausstattung als auch der Installation ist das Modell sehr gut aufgestellt, wobei die Installation auch Laien keine Probleme darstellen sollte. Die Statusanzeige ist ebenfalls mit an Bord und ein echter Ausschalter ebenfalls.
Bei der Installation und der Konfiguration macht der Zyxel NBG6503 eine gute Figur. Auch der geringe Preis von nicht einmal 50 Euro spricht für dieses Modell. Dabei ist die Ausstattung jedoch unterdurchschnittlich, die Funktionalität ist nicht optimal und vor allem kostet auch die schwache Performance Punkte im Test.
Für einen extrem günstigen Preis erhält man hier einen Router, der alle Grundfunktionen beherrscht und dabei ebenfalls wenig Strom verbraucht. Bei der Ausstattung sowie der Datenrate muss man allerdings Abstriche machen.
