Commissioning of Zebra printers
From 1 August 2025, Zebra printers will be delivered with factory-disabled network functions in accordance with the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED). Affected are: Passwords, TCP/IP ports, web interface, WLAN and firmware updates.
The functions must be activated once via a configuration file.
For devices with a display, a password must first be assigned before changes can be made.
