The 3D printer is designed for beginners and schools within the framework of STEAM subjects. STEAM is a collective term for teaching and study subjects in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. The da Vinci miniMaker features auto-calibration, a smaller and lighter design, and a build volume of 150 x 150 x 150 mm. The miniMaker has been designed to be safe for use in a classroom or children's room. The printer uses only non-toxic, biodegradable PLA filament.
