Weller Extraction System, Zero Smog 4V

The Weller Zero Smog 4V is suitable for the extraction of adhesive, paint, and solvent vapors at up to 4 workstations, and is flexible to use thanks to its 4 wheels. It features a separate, replaceable fine dust pre-filter and gas filter, variable power control, electronic filter monitoring, and a filter alarm for timely filter changes. The Constant Flow Control (CFC) automatically regulates the turbine speed and reduces energy consumption for optimally regulated extraction at each workstation, with remote control via RS-232 connection. The integrated USB interface allows for firmware updates, an efficiency test, and a data logging function. It has a powerful, maintenance-free turbine for continuous performance.

For the extraction of solder smoke and small dust accumulations, the Weller Compact Filter H13 must be used (available as an accessory).
