Product details

Powerful megaphone with a built-in 40W amplifier and detachable microphone with feedback protection. The MEG040 features a recording function, an adjustable shoulder strap, a siren function, and a volume control. The range is between 0.7 to 1 km, depending on environmental conditions. It is powered by 6 D batteries (1.5V). Ideal for use in schools and at events.

Unlike its passive counterpart, the active speaker offers a combination of amplifier and speaker that are optimized for optimal sound reproduction. Therefore, you no longer need an external power amplifier, just a playback device to which you can connect the speakers directly. Issues such as overloaded tweeters due to strong distortion from bass signals or damage from mismatched or overloaded components are effectively prevented. For use, you will need 6 D batteries, which must be ordered separately.
