Product details
It features two low-dispersion elements that effectively reduce chromatic aberrations and color fringing, ensuring a clear and precise representation of your subject. Additionally, you have the option to focus at infinity, making the lens suitable for portrait photography with attractive background blur.
The telephoto lens has a significantly longer focal length than a standard lens. This narrows the field of view, making photographed objects appear closer and larger than they actually are from your camera's position. Therefore, this type of lens is particularly well-suited for capturing distant subjects in a way that fills the frame. Moreover, subjects photographed with a telephoto lens can be very effectively isolated due to the shallow depth of field—highlight your desired subject by allowing the background to fade into blur.
This lens can only be focused manually. Although manual focusing takes longer and is more challenging than using autofocus, it offers several advantages: it allows you to focus precisely on the point you want, enabling shots that align exactly with your vision. In situations where autofocus would struggle—such as in low light, on smooth surfaces with little texture, or in foggy weather—you will prefer to focus manually.
