The Ultimaker 3 Cleaning Filament eliminates clogs and keeps the print cores in optimal condition. This material, specifically designed for cleaning the hotend of your 3D printer, is manually inserted into the hotend to remove burnt material residues. The length of the filament strand is perfectly suited for a cleaning process. The Ultimaker Cleaning Filament is particularly effective when used with the BB Printcore of your Ultimaker 3: Pull the still warm filament from the hotend to remove large pieces of carbonized PVA material. Pull the cold filament (about 90°C) from the hotend to eliminate fine deposits inside the nozzle.

Processing note: This filament is manually inserted into the hotend. You may need a small flat pliers for gripping.
