Description

Dual Extruder: Allows geometric design freedom and the production of highly complex objects. Interchangeable Print Cores: Thanks to the interchangeable Print Cores, which have been optimized for the industrial Ultimaker materials, a large number of materials are supported for industrial use.
Print Core AA: Print with all common filaments (PLA, ABS, Nylon, CPE, TPU, etc.)
Print Core BB: Specially developed for the water-soluble support material (PVA)
Best printing results: The integrated hardware, software and material configurations of Ultimaker 3 have been carefully matched. This results in more efficient workflows and high print quality at the same time.
Connectivity: Ethernet and wireless LAN network features also provide easy access and efficient workflow.
Permanent real-time monitoring by a camera integrated in the printer and connected to the Cura open source software.
Automatic calibration and active levelling of the pressure bed.
Print volume left or right nozzle 215 x 215 x 300 mm

Glass

Glass is an amorphous (non-crystalline) solid material. Glasses are typically brittle and optically transparent. Glass, as a substance, plays an essential role in science and industry. Its chemical, physical, and in particular optical properties make it suitable for applications such as flat glass, container glass, optics and optoelectronics material, laboratory equipment, thermal insulator (glass wool), reinforcement materials (glass-reinforced plastic, glass fiber reinforced concrete), and glass art (art glass, studio glass).

i

Nylon

Nylon is a generic designation for a family of synthetic polymers known generically as polyamides, first produced on February 28, 1935, by Wallace Carothers at DuPont's research facility at the DuPont Experimental Station. Nylon is one of the most commonly used polymers.

PLA

Unlike ABS, PLA is not prone to warping and is therefore ideal for beginners. PLA also has a high surface hardness, stiffness and tensile strength. In addition, the UV resistance is very good and offers low flammability. A disadvantage compared to ABS filaments is the lack of impact strength of the polyester.

JPEG

In computing, JPEG is a commonly used method of lossy compression for digital photography (image). The degree of compression can be adjusted, allowing a selectable tradeoff between storage size and image quality. JPEG typically achieves 10:1 compression with little perceptible loss in image quality.

JPEG compression is used in a number of image file formats. JPEG/Exif is the most common image format used by digital cameras and other photographic image capture devices; along with JPEG/JFIF, it is the most common format for storing and transmitting photographic images on the World Wide Web. These format variations are often not distinguished, and are simply called JPEG.

Windows Bitmap (BMP)

The BMP File Format, also known as Bitmap Image File or Device Independent Bitmap (DIB) file format or simply a Bitmap, is a Raster graphics image file format used to store bitmap digital images, independently of the display device (such as a graphics adapter), especially on Microsoft Windows and OS/2 operating systems.

The BMP File Format is capable of storing 2D digital images of arbitrary width, height, and resolution, both monochrome and color, in various color depths, and optionally with data compression, alpha channels, and color profiles.
