Overview
The airFiber X is a modular airFiber radio system that operates across a wide frequency spectrum and is compatible with a variety of antennas. Based on the proven design of the airMAX Rocket system, the airFiber X allows for the customization of airFiber backhaul connections or the enhancement of existing Rocket point-to-point (PtP) connections.

The airFiber X is available in three frequency bands:

• 2.4 GHz, model AF-2X
• 3 GHz, model AF-3X
• 5 GHz, model AF-5X

Designed for Maximum Performance
The INVICTUS Custom Silicon chip and proprietary radio architecture have been specifically developed for outdoor wireless applications. The INVICTUS Processing Engine overcomes all limitations of generic Wi-Fi chips to deliver outstanding performance, long ranges, DFS flexibility, and excellent throughput. The airFiber X offers industry-leading spectral efficiency of up to 13.67 bps/Hz, up to 525 Mbps real data throughput, and the innovative xtreme Range technology for a range of over 200 km.

Backhaul - 2.4 GHz
The 2.4 GHz frequency band can be used worldwide without charge, and thanks to the proprietary protocol, the AF-2X increases both range and throughput in this band.

Optimal Operation in Unlicensed Bands
The flexibility of channel width allows for independent configuration of channel frequency within the radio band to avoid local interference. Channel centers can be selected in 1 MHz increments.

• AF-2X: 3.5, 5, 7, 10, 14, 20, 28, 30, 40, 50, or 56 MHz

Channel widths may vary according to national/regional regulations.
