The contactless inductive pulse generator RI-QR24 features an innovative design for precise, contactless rotational measurement and maximum protection against mechanical wear without springs or double bearings. Users benefit from numerous available accessories that allow for flexible application and connection of the encoder to the process. With various positioning elements and aluminum protective rings, the encoder can be adapted for shaft diameters ranging from 20 mm to 6 mm. The compact and stable housing includes an SSI output with 25 bits, gray coded. The SSI cycle times range from 62.5 kHz to 1 MHz. Single or multi-turn mode, data frame length, and bit coding can be configured via PACTware with a programming box and adapter cable.
