Triton RAC-FO-A07-X1 - Fiber Optic Wall Enclosure

The metal fiber optic wall enclosure consists of two separate parts (each with a different locking mechanism) and is used for the termination and connection of optical fibers in data and telecommunications applications. The larger section is designed for incoming and outgoing optical fibers and is equipped with a holder for a splice tray. The cables enter this area through the enclosure casing and are sealed with bushings. The smaller section is intended for cable connections using patch cords and couplings. The couplings are installed on the central partition. Since the type of connector is usually not known in advance, three intermediate walls for the most common connectors are included in the enclosure (for 24x ST, 24x SC, and 16x SC-Duplex couplings). Both sections are protected against dust ingress by a PUR foam seal on the door and a special frame construction. The smaller section can be used as a pass-through (for cables leading through the gap under the door to the next component) or completely dust-tight and sealed. This depends on the modules used, which are included in the package for both variants.
